Digital E-commerce Specialist (Part-time / Full-time)

Promotional Products or Branded merchandise has been traditionally a very low-tech space and just like anything else, this industry is going through Digital Transformation whereby e-commerce and online platforms are playing a major role in streamlining the entire value chain. As a digital e-commerce specialist, you will have a deep understanding of the product from a functional perspective so as to help customers troubleshoot issues and provide training. 

You act as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) ensuring the customer has all the information and access to resources to run a successful webstore. 

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
